SUMMARY
Collaborates with business leaders and HR team members to improve recruitment processes, deliver best practices, and enhance the candidate experience. Develops and executes strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. A deep understanding of talent search processes, workforce planning, and employer branding is required.

LEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing team leadership and tracking of talent acquisition metrics. Also responsible for talent acquisition budget oversight and tracking. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with Corden policies and applicable laws.
Supervisory responsibilities include daily leadership of the team; training and development; interviewing and hiring; managing time and attendance
records; performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving daily problems and conflicts.

Corden Pharma Colorado (CPC) is a manufacturer of a variety of pharmaceutical products. In following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Corden Pharma Colorado manufactures in accordance with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), International Council for Harmonisation Q7 (ICH), and other global regulations as applicable. This is critical as it is our mission to not place patients at risk due to inadequate safety, quality, or efficacy. CPC's Quality Management System, which incorporates cGMP, is designed to deliver this quality objective. Attainment is produced through the requisite participation and commitment of all staff across departments and at all levels within the company.
cGMP is the part of Quality Management System ensuring products are consistently produced to accurate quality standards. Adherence to clearly defined procedures, in compliance with the principles of cGMP, is required when performing operations across Corden Pharma Colorado.
QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all levels of the organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ten years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to create and interpret bar graphs in Excel.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

- Manages the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all levels of the organization
- Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning
- Mentors and coaches other members of the Talent Acquisition Team, in support of their achievement and the organization's success
- Collaborates with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruiting efforts
- Develops and leads employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote the company culture
- Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for key roles and ensures proactive recruitment strategies are in place
- Develops and tracks recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts
- Prepares and presents reports on hiring trends and talent acquisition performance to senior leadership
- Identifies opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Oversees relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maximize reach
- Provides training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Partners with HRBPs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
