We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in driving and executing a growth-focused talent strategy and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to propel our business forward. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process and will provide operational excellence in alignment with CXtec's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging and finding top talent across various business functions. We're looking for someone who excels at building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and implementing innovative sourcing techniques.

This position is located in Syracuse, NY and requires onsite work.

The annual base salary range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $75,000 - $90,000. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant's relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.

What you'll be doing:

Recruiting
  • Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs and the requirements, responsibilities and qualifications desired for open positions.
  • Make hiring recommendations to managers based on a determination of the suitability of the applicant for employment, demonstrating considerable skill in interviewing techniques and sound knowledge of the position requirements.
  • Assist in developing and providing recruiting related training to hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, direct sourcing/cold calling and referral generation to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
  • Build robust pipeline of talent based on an understanding of the hiring needs of the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to extending offers to pre-hire processes and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system including requisitions, candidate information, flow logs and reporting to ensure Affirmative Action compliance.
  • Participate in local networking events, career fairs, college recruiting and company sponsored hiring events.
  • Recommend new approaches, processes and best practices with a goal of continuous improvement.

Human Resources
  • Assist and advise employees on HR related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures and addressing employee concerns.
  • Support and collaborate with the HR team to design and execute targeted HR initiatives.
  • Conduct research, manage projects and create internal communications.
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives to drive workplace satisfaction, motivation and retention.
  • Maintain confidential employee files, records and documentation.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.

What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree In Human Resources, Business or related field. In lieu of degree an equivalent combination of education and recruiting and HR experience.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and navigate shifting priorities.
  • Sourcing experience using job boards, social media, networking sites/groups and out-of-the box, creative ideas to identify active and passive job seekers.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills to foster connections with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to act with tact, diplomacy, discretion and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate high level of personal and professional integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically active listening, communication and teamwork.
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit independent judgment to plan, organize and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
