The Senior Recruiter will assist with ongoing recruiting activities including identifying, tracking, coordinating, and communicating with Senior and Junior staff recruits across all offices and practice areas. The ideal candidate will have between five and seven years of previous work experience as a technical recruiter in Healthcare and Agency Recruiting and is looking for an entrepreneurial environment in which they can develop and grow their professional skills.

Responsibilities
  • Implement recruiting strategies designed to identify and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Strong sourcing skillset in identifying top talent and building pipelines.
  • Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and provide strategic insights on talent acquisition.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to document recruiting activities.
  • Review resumes, evaluating candidates' qualifications and strengths compared with job requirements.
  • Communicate with recruits and coordinate logistics of interviews with BRG staff.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various BRG hiring managers about their recruiting needs.
  • Collaborate across all practice areas and offices to ensure BRG maintains a consistent brand.
  • Work alongside the Recruiting Director to develop recruiting processes and procedures to ensure all needs are being met.
  • Manage all phases of the recruiting process including screening resumes, selecting candidates to interview, conducting phone screens, extending offers, and rejecting candidates.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Five to seven years of previous work experience at a consulting firm, staffing agency or other professional services firm as a recruiter. Technical recruiting experience is highly preferred; experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook (or similar email application).
  • Ability to use creative sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to attract potential candidates for job openings.
  • Previous experience with Jobvite or Workday and other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities. A desire for an entrepreneurial work environment is preferred.

Salary Range: $95,000-$150,000
