Our team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Advertiser Account Permissions including relationship between different accounts, User Management, granular Access Control for end-users experience and programmatic access. We are working on the next-generation Access Management akin to AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) service. The systems are pushing boundaries in terms of scale of storage, data processing and real-time propagation.

You will build Tier-1 services to handle millions of requests per day, while maintaining response latencies in the milliseconds and meeting strict SLA requirements (high operational standards). You will develop distributed solutions with service oriented architecture to build high performance platforms to service world's largest selection to millions of customers. Our systems and algorithms operate on massive datasets using distributed frameworks. In this role you will be design new and rebuild existing solutions for the fast growing scale of the next generation of advertising services.

Our team seeks a TPM to drive multiple high-visibility initiatives such as improving usability of permissions management and permission delegation, unifying Amazon Advertising Accounts and migration Advertising Permissions to a new architecture to name few. This role will be responsible for delivering solutions for significant portion of our advertising business focused on the needs of the most sophisticated advertisers representing some of the best-loved brands in the world. The right candidate will lead the develop innovative products and disruptive technical solutions. The individual in this role will have responsibility for driving development from inception through delivery. You will working across a diverse set of technology and increase your influence by earning the trust of your peers by delivering exceptional results.

Key job responsibilities

* Develop and execute project plans with an impact across ADSP teams

* Demonstrate the ability to provide both structured and creative thinking in a dynamic, evolving, multi team-based environment

* Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information

* Show ownership and leadership skills in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers

* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while driving teams to complete goals

* Demonstrate the ability to break abstract goals into attainable, measurable work items

* Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap and product releases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 3+ years of software development experience

- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
