Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience with having worked on DCS-MES Integration. PLC/ Robotics/ Automation systems. Life Sciences Manufacturing experience
Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software
Understand MES - Control System Integration requirements and participate in Requirements workshops.
Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Develop technical documents, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures.
Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems as needed for MES integration solution.
Participate in project management and project coordination.
Monitor and analyze system performance.
Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems.
Maintain and update knowledge of evolving automation technologies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experience
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
