What you'll do
- As a web application front-end Developer, you will use create User Interface (UI) components.
- This role requires experience writing asynchronous JavaScript for event driven web applications, and an understanding of current responsive design.
- You must be able to translate UI mockups into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS.
Qualifications
Technical Skills & Requirements
- 5 yrs professional experience building web applications using JS, CSS and HTML.
- 2+ yrs experience building large-scale SaaS or e-commerce products.
- Experience using multiple frameworks (React, Angular "preferred" OR Backbone, Ember).
- Experience in RXJS.
- Familiar with Immutable JS.
- Strong object-oriented design and software engineering capabilities using Typescript "ES5,ES5, ES2015".
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS including cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience using modern software development practices (Agile/scrum, CI).
- Preferred enterprise implementation experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with the design and development of single-page web applications.
- Knowledge of Bacon.js and Functional Reactive Programming.
- Able to integrate with RESTful web services.
- Familiar with build tools and preprocessors.
- Practical knowledge of web page optimization techniques for fast page load times.
- Good understanding of git.
