We currently have an opening for a Quickbooks online Staff Accountant for our large Plumbing and Electrical company.We are going on our 30th year in business. We are growing and looking for someone who is looking to take a step up. This person will be responsible for overseeing a staff currently handling AP and AR functions. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing 22 bank accounts, reconciliations, training and development of a small accounting staff, manage vendor and contract relationships with respect to invoicing, working regularly with our external CPA, 401K management, reconciliation, etc. Experience in Business Accounting with high volume of transactions is a plus. Ideal candidates will have previous bookkeeping experience in a medium - large size business.
Requirements for the Bookkeeper role:
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements for the Bookkeeper role:
- Previous experience of working in accounting in Business Management Accounting industry handling high volumes of transactions (Minimum 5 years)
- A/P, A/R
- Reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Account Filing and organization
- Working with Outside vendors on billing issues
- Invoice Audits
- Outstanding verbal communication and written English skill
- Excellent organizational, follow up, professionalism, dependable, excellent accuracy, attention to detail and someone who is a fast learner
- Motivated self-starter
- Strong knowledge of Excel
