Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $150,000 - $200,000.

Job Description:
Essential Functions:
- Digital design (Architecture, RTL design, timing constraint).
- Support physical design activities (Synthesis, P&R, static timing analysis).
- Participate and assist in top level digital integration, chip level mixed-mode modeling, simulation, and verifications in mixed-signal IC environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of experience in digital IC design.
- PhD/BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Design/VLSI coursework.
- Prior experience with RTL design, Synthesis, Place & Route, and Timing Analysis.
- Knowledge of analog/digital interface, integration, co-simulation, and verification flows.
- Proficiency using digital design tools and flows such as Synopsis/Cadence.
- Capable of working effectively with verification engineers to debug and root cause design issues.
- Experience with I2C, I3C, SPI, or other digital chip interfaces is a plus.
- Prior high-speed mixed-signal design experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in digital system lab evaluation and mass product test is a plus.
- Knowledge of DFT/Scan methodologies and designer best practices is a plus.
- Solid written & verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies, & capable of working effectively within a group of individuals across multiple disciplines (digital, analog, system/algorithms, packaging/ESD, test/application etc.)
