Staff Engineer
Position Summary: FMC is seeking a full stack staff engineer to provide strong development experience and guidance to a cross functional team of engineers on an agronomic data platform. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining features on the Arc(TM) farm intelligence platform as well as providing expertise to stakeholders.

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining features on the Arc(TM) farm intelligence platform as well as providing expertise to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in architecting and designing updates to the Arc(TM) farm intelligence platform
- Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering team
- Recognize when architectural changes have team wide concerns and/or conflicts
- Prioritization and implementation of tech debt paydown
- RCA for incidents and outages
- Compose documentation
- Coordinate with DevOps team for CI/CD
- Coordinate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
Required Experience
- 7+ years fullstack experience
- 3+ Years Python/Django
- 3+ Years JavaScript/TypeScript and React/React Native
- Familiarity with managing and deploying mobile applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Distributed version control (e.g. git)
- Familiarity with Agile Practices
Preferred Experience
- Azure
- DevOps/Kubernetes
- Data Engineering
