Role Description
The Staff Field Engineer will be the technical lead for a team of Field Engineers building data center networks used by a major MSO to deliver high-speed internet, video, and voice in the Northeast Region in the United States

Role Description
The Staff Field Engineer will be the technical lead for a team of Field Engineers building data center networks used by a major MSO to deliver high-speed internet, video, and voice in the Northeast Region in the United States
What you will work with:
- Account Management to walk out and price new jobs; and to request additional labor hours in response to customer change requests
- Program Management to ensure projects are completed on time and to close jobs
- customer to review project designs and execution plan
- Field Engineering team to train and ensure quality
What you should know:
- The fundamentals of IP networking and DOCSIS
- Fiber network installation and certification
- Configuration of servers and IP switches
- Troubleshooting skills to be able to place installed networks into production with no unscheduled interruptions in services
