McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, an academic health center is seeking applicants for a full-time Staff Physician-UT Physicians High-Risk Clinic for the Department of Pediatrics. The Department of Pediatrics, High-Risk Clinic, is dedicated to improving the health and welfare of all infants, children, and adolescents.
Position Key Accountabilities:
The Staff Physician will contribute to the clinical activities of the Division of Pediatrics, High-Risk Clinic in an outpatient setting. The Staff Physician's responsibilities will include 8 to 9 half-day clinic sessions per week at the High-Risk Clinic.
Responsibilities will also include direct patient care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of disorders, consultations, and acute care.
Qualifications:
Selected candidates must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Must be board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
