Job Summary:
The State Manager is accountable for management and oversight of company service centers across a specific state as required by state rule. The State Manger will ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet hours of operation, AVC levels and client demand within the company locations. Additional duties include business development within the state, adherence to state compliance requirements, budgetary responsibility and providing recommendations for location placement and staffing levels to meet the demands of the assigned locations.

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Company store oversight for 10+ locations
- Maintain technician schedules
- Supervise, coach, develop, etc. technician staff
- Interview, train, and onboard technician staff
- Maintain positive morale in remote workforce
- Handle client and state agency complaints involving company stores, visits or technicians
- Maintain building leases & repairs
- Inventory collection and research; continual checking of levels and sending for returns
- Manage inventory float levels
- High level of fiscal responsibility; ensuring all technicians handle client payments correctly & accounting is done appropriately
- Regulatory duties
- Maintain positive relationships with the State regulatory agencies
- Address Regulatory issues; non-compliance or at risk issues
- Court subpoenas; state/local meetings
- New rule/regulation field push and oversight (project management for launch)
- State agency point of contact; technician certification, client issues, updates to device regulations, etc.
- May support business development duties including targeting new business opportunities with referral partners and cultivating positive relationships
- Willingness to travel 75-100%
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong documentation and writing skills
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in contractor or client support
- Experience building positive relationships
- Strong managerial experience in managing remote workforce
