Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting techniques.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent Writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Initiative-taker, initiative-taking individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably have USCIS background and client experience.
- Knowledge of federal data policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, OMB M-19-18, Federal Data Strategy).
Duties:
- Develop and maintain statistical models for data analysis.
- Perform data forecasting and trend analysis to support decision-making.
- Support data visualization and reporting efforts to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with USCIS teams to refine data-driven strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data methodologies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in statistical analysis and data science.
