Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple steel construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during steel erection and fabrication processes.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in steel erection and fabrication management.
• Strong understanding of structural steel design and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
