What you will be doing:

• Defining best practices with design of the Steering Mechatronic System
• Define architecture for electronic steering systems that are robust, reusable and optimal.
• Mentoring and collaborating with team members
• Develop an understanding of the steering mechatronic system enterprise data and the associated processes.
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders maintenance, reusability, and optimization.
• Navigate challenges to solve complex business problems.
• Determine capability of design through analysis and test.
• Determine design conformance to requirements.
• Participate in Design Reviews
• Analyze failure modes of components or subsystems.

What you'll need to be successful:
Essential:

• College, university, or equivalent BA or BS degree in Engineering
• ZF (Wabco) or Bosch experience is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and mentor team members on electronic embedded controls
• Must be a self-starter
• Ability to collaborate and generate outcomes across teams
• Good communicator - written and verbal
• Great collaborator

Preferred:

• Experience with Bosch Servo-E
• Bosch Servo-Twin experience
• Experience with ZF ReAX Steering
