As a Strategic Engagement Manager at Rogo, you'll play a key role in boosting our revenue by managing and improving our major partnerships. Your job involves:

- Creating financial research that's worth paying attention to: aggregating, analyzing, and producing insights from real-time information. Say goodbye to equity research.
- Dealing with the most sensitive data in the world: client data from the largest financial services companies on earth.
- Working past the edge of published AI research: tackling problems beyond the complexity of existing AI benchmarks.
- Unsolved product, architectural, and business problems: natural language interfaces, prohibitively expensive evaluation of models, massive marginal costs, versioning/training/segregating models per task, client, and so on.
As a Strategic Engagement Manager at Rogo, you'll play a key role in boosting our revenue by managing and improving our major partnerships. Your job involves:
- Building and executing plans and strategies for working together with our enterprise partners, which involves training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Handling the whole partnership life cycle, from getting started together to expanding and renewing our collaborations.
- Creating joint marketing strategies and training programs to increase sales.
- Working directly with our partners to develop joint solutions and make sure Rogo's benefits are clearly communicated.
- Teaming up with Rogo's engineering, product, GTM, and legal teams to deliver these solutions.
- Figuring out how to track and measure our success together, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with important people at our partner organizations and making sure their needs are met.
The position will report directly to our founders and work closely with other team members to ensure goals and objectives are aligned.
Most importantly, this is an execution role. You'll have a lot to do across post-sales, product, and more.

- Help land multi-million dollar multi-year contracts from the world's biggest financial services firms.
- Ensure amazing user experiences by working hands-on with large clients.
- Directly change the nature of work in a $1T+ industry.
- Tackle unsolved research and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to LLMs in production.
Experience executing efficaciously in intense environments
- Examples: M&A advisory at Goldman, management consulting at McKinsey
- Experience with AI or large language models is not required.
Experience
- 2+ years in professional services
- 2+ years experience working in industry, either in operations, sales, product or other

- 2+ years experience as a software developer

- LLM knowledge (can you explain how a transformer works?)
