SANCORP is seeking a Strategic Engagement SME to provide strategic and operational planning expertise to enhance CI support for DoD and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and develop strategies to counter state-based and global terrorist threats targeting DoD and DIB intelligence. Required Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of counterintelligence experience to include providing counterintelligence functional services to DoD entities or DoD contractors.
- Experience with conducting or supporting counterintelligence investigations or counterintelligence inquiries.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations (MDCOs), Combatant Commands, and the National Counterintelligence and Security Center.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National-level, DoD, and MDCO policies that govern counterintelligence activities (E.O. 12333, DoD 5240 series, etc.).
- Demonstrated knowledge of state based and global terrorist threats to DoD and DIB via experience in providing CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition and Critical Infrastructure Protection

Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking a Strategic Engagement SME to provide strategic and operational planning expertise to enhance CI support for DoD and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and develop strategies to counter state-based and global terrorist threats targeting DoD and DIB intelligence. The following are examples of responsibilities:
- Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of operations.
- Provides input for the development of TTPs, CONOPS, COAs, and other related documents.
- Provides expert knowledge of US Combatant Commands and Joint Staff planning processes to assist DCSA in the development of priorities.
- Identifies, establishes, and maintains critical relationships between DCSA and DoD, IC, and USG agencies to further the mission of DCSA and support the NISP.
- Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize, and validate requirements and be prepared to modify development planning efforts based on the changing information environment.
- Provides support to exercise planning, execution, and evaluation to accomplish exercise training priorities.
- Contributes to the development of exercise scenarios, exercise operational plans, and other required documentation.
- Conducts research of current and emerging threats to U.S. critical infrastructure and key resources.
- Participates and contributes to planning, policy development, strategy, and compliance meetings relevant to CI and IC coordination.
- Provides expert input to DOTMLPF-P reviews relevant to the Defense CI Enterprise.
- Develops and recommends metrics by which to evaluate CI effectiveness.
- Addresses staffing, status of deliverables, contractor onboarding and off-boarding requirements, and other issues as identified by the Contractor or the Government
- Ensures all deliverables and requirements are met.
