Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC) division operates 160+ outpatient opioid treatment programs (OTPs) nationwide, serving patients undergoing treatment for opioid use disorder. Full Time Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • This role is fully remote or hybrid out of one of our CBOs: Franklin, TN, Carlsbad, CA, or Providence, RI.

Your Job Snapshot as a Manager of Financial Analysis:

Responsible for overseeing the budgeting process and performing financial analysis, including managing the month-end close reporting process. This position oversees the team that develops accurate forecasts based upon historical data and develops and presents actionable recommendations based on those forecasts. Their team creates detailed reports that explain their financial recommendations to stakeholders and may be called upon to perform special projects outside the conventionally defined purview of finance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
  • Maintain dashboards and files showing financial and operational KPIs and comparison to internal forecasts.
  • Prepare analysis for the Board and Executive team in relation to financial performance.
  • Maintain models for Joint Ventures, De Novos, and expansions and interface with operations and development departments on specific projects. May interface with bankers and financial partners who review our model and assist in the evaluation of transactions and various scenarios. Work in tandem with Operations leadership and the Accounting team to prepare, coordinate, and review department level budgets.
  • Assist with monthly review of corporate and department level spend vs. budget.
  • Review monthly and quarterly service line budgets.
  • Interface with operations on various assumptions and trend analysis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Location: California, Tennessee, Rhode Island, or Remote

Calculated Salary Range for role: $100,000.00 - 140,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

Your Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or similar designation required, Graduate degree preferred.
  • 5 - 7 years of finance experience, preferably in the public healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
  • Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to the next level.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
