Our Specialty Equipment Services Division is looking for a strategic thinker, problem solver, and possibility-minded marketer with proven experience leading across functions to drive demand for our solutions, and deepen client loyalty. We are looking for a candidate to work a hybrid schedule out of our Cincinnati, OH office.
The job title and salary will be dependent upon the successful applicants' level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- With a deep understanding of customer need, designs and leads the implementation of marketing strategies for growth and expansion of company products and services, often leading across functions to drive marketing plans forward.
- Responsible for applying a consistent approach to develop and implement lead generation and client engagement marketing programs and content across multiple media.
- Leads strategic marketing planning and go-to-market execution for assigned markets
- May write or develop content, or direct content creation in collaboration with corporate marketing partners, keeping in compliance with procedures, company policy, and corporate identity.
- Serves as liaison with the legal department and other functional areas to facilitate appropriate reviews and accurately respond to routine and complex inquiries, requests, concerns and/or complaints.
- Incorporates and leverages trend intelligence and market knowledge when planning, designing, and executing strategies/projects.
- Leads the collaboration with internal marketing team members (Graphic Designers, Videographers, Digital Marketing Analysts, etc.)
- Plans and executes the communication materials for events and other branding opportunities, such as industry trade shows, producer events, special promotions, rollouts, product launches, and/or public/community relations
- Savvy with marketing tech stack strategies and able to optimize marketing plans accordingly
- Champions marketing strategies and their progress within the division, tracks initiative results, analyzes data, and shares out actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to communications, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 10 or more years of related experience
