What you'll do...

As a Strategic Partnership Manager you'll be empowered to cultivate existing channels and bring new partnerships to Enchanted Rock to facilitate our growing business. You will be responsible for engaging with 3rd party engineering, architects, designers and solution providers to educate them on our solutions, and develop unique projects to engage with our direct sales team. You will be reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Solutions with a flexible hybrid schedule.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Developing and executing communications, recruitment, contracting and education plans to result in efficient and effective channel partners.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution related to project schedules, priorities, resources, technical assistance and delivery.
  • Lead a cross functional internal team to develop, propose and execute channel lead opportunities to close.
You'll sweep us off our feet if you:
  • Previous work experience and relationships within the Engineering and Architecture community
  • Strong working knowledge of distributed energy resources, contract management, project development and delivery, team building and client relationship building required
  • Strong executive level communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Demonstrate collaboration and inclusiveness working with internal team members
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated and self-directed. Ownership mentality
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field. MBA is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Channel Management, Business Development or Vendor Management
  • Previous roles at Engineering, Architecture or Construction firms is preferred.
