Your Role:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Sangoma's channel partner ecosystem in your region.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market presence and revenue potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing them with necessary support and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies tailored for the channel.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partners on product offerings and sales processes.
- Analyze market conditions and partner performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Represent Sangoma at industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a channel manager. (2 years working with Major or Strategic accounts, mini TSB's eg: Bridgepoint and Upstack)
- Excellent professional relationships within the channel community are firmly focused on strategic relationships in the TSB community of partnerships.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in channel sales management within UC, UCaaS, and CCaaS or SaaS software or VOIP telephony.
- Proficient in Safesforce.com (Required)
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
- Intense business hunting and development skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, channel management, and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to travel over 50% of the time and work your territory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong G-Suite experience preferred
- Strong partner/reseller relationships are required in the required territory.

- We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,00 to $140,000, plus a variable commensurate with years of experience in this specific position and the candidate's location.
