SUMMARY
Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join our team. This position provides programmatic support in the development and timely execution of the strategic plan and strategic projects to support the mission, vision and values of Washington Permanente Medical Group ("WPMG").
Strategy Consultant is responsible for partnering with and supporting the Chief Administrative Officer in planning, documentation, monitoring and execution of the 5-year strategic plan and subsequent annual plans for the organization along with analytical and performance monitoring support for strategic initiatives. This role is accountable to run and maintain key strategic work on an annual basis inclusive of the WPMG enterprise risk program, prospective workforce planning, internal branding strategy, and service delivery planning.
This position requires a high degree of organization, flexibility, analysis, self-management and communication skills. This position may also directly or indirectly consult with various teams and leaders on key strategic initiatives and partner with leaders in project management of key strategic initiatives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years health care experience in strategy development content area. PREFERRED: Master's Degree or Master's Degree in health-related field
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED: 2 years project management experience. 2 years strategic execution experience, preferable in the health care field. PREFERRED: 5+ years of same. 3 years' experience working with senior leadership in organization

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $108,692 - $119,562 and will be based on factors such as education, training and experience. This position is also eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
Benefits include: Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage), medical benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, post-graduate educational leave, postgraduate funding, employer contributions to social security.
