Job Appointment: Regular, Full Time
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri. 7am - 3:30pm. Beginning April 2025 all manager and supervisor positions will be expected to report to their worksites full time. Alternate schedules may be available, but the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours work required to support critical projects or address system issues. Remote workdays remain an option, to accommodate travel, or occasionally focus on major work projects.

Position Summary:
Portland Parks & Recreation Urban Forestry is looking for a dedicated and experienced Street Tree Care (STC) Supervisor II to lead the development and management of Portland's first-ever citywide street tree care initiative. This role will focus on creating and implementing the processes, policies, and procedures required to maintain over 333,000 City-owned street trees. The STC Supervisor II will work closely with the Urban Forestry Operations Manager to recruit and build a dynamic team, establishing tracking metrics to ensure transparency and effective program management.
