Proactive Management of Licensing Agreements:

- Strategic Development and Daily Operation: Influence the strategic development and daily operation of the organization's software asset management processes and systems (such as SNOW and related tools like SAP and Microsoft).
- Technical Support and Renewals: Facilitate business needs by ensuring timely software maintenance renewals and technical support for selected products.
- Repository and Database Maintenance: Develop and maintain repositories and databases for contract and software asset data (using tools like SharePoint and Service Now).

- Vendor Partnerships: Partner with key software vendors to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Licensing and Billing: Manage licensing and billing through online portals.

- Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier professionals within clinical applications, business tools, and integration.
- Develop leaders who understand the "why" behind technology initiatives and excel in complex project and problem management.
- Status Reporting, monitoring, and reprioritizing the work of the team to support director and organizational initiatives

- Lead solution development, configuration, and adoption within your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with operational leaders and IS colleagues to ensure seamless integration.
- Balance solution delivery, recurring operations, and incident management.
