Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and compliant with all relevant regulations. We have been engineering, fabricating, and installing precast buildings for over 30 years, standing out with a unique approach that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and transparency. What You'll Do

• Design and analyze structural components and systems using engineering principles and software
• Prepare detailed structural design calculations and documentation
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate designs
• Oversee the manufacturing of precast concrete elements and ensure quality control
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction and installation phases
• Review and assess project specifications, plans, and proposals for structural integrity

Must Have's

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with PE, or Masters in related field and planning on getting PE
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Proven experience in structural design and analysis

Nice To Have's

• Familiarity with precast concrete technology and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
