What You'll Do
- Design and analyze structural components and systems using engineering principles and software
- Prepare detailed structural design calculations and documentation
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate designs
- Oversee the manufacturing of precast concrete elements and ensure quality control
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support during construction and installation phases
- Review and assess project specifications, plans, and proposals for structural integrity
Must Have's
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with PE, or Masters in related field and planning on getting PE
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proven experience in structural design and analysis
Nice To Have's
- Familiarity with precast concrete technology and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
