Overview

Join an employee-owned engineering firm as a Structural Engineer in their Bethlehem office. You'll

manage the structural department and work on a wide range of projects, including commercial,

industrial, and residential structures, municipal bridge design, and repairs. This position offers the

chance to contribute to both new designs and structural repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design for various structures, including bridges.
Create and revise specialized drawings.
Use structural design and analysis software for computer modeling and calculations.
Manage and collaborate with a team to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Interact with clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
PE license required.
5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
Proficient in FEA modeling software (e.g., Staad, Risa, SAP).
Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit (Civil 3D experience a plus).
Knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE, AASHTO, OSHA).
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and

budgets.
