Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and support its Structured Finance and Securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance areas, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Key Responsibilities
- Handle asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance matters.
- Work on warehouse financing, asset-based lending, and related structured transactions.
- Represent financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders in these complex finance transactions.
- Collaborate with a diverse, high-performing team on large-scale, multi-faceted deals.
- Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school, class of 2017 to 2021.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and asset-backed securities transactions.
- Skills: Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience in structured finance and securitization is required.
- Salary Range: $310,000 - $435,000 (compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and firm policies).
