We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Structured Product Sales Specialist to serve as the product expert and champion for our structured product platform. This is a strategic and client-facing role where you will play a crucial part in driving product adoption, sales growth, and advisor education. Your expertise in structured products will help financial professionals integrate these solutions into their clients' portfolios, optimizing risk-adjusted returns and enhancing investment strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with internal sales teams, product management, and marketing partners to ensure that our structured product offerings remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with evolving market needs. You will engage directly with financial advisors, providing expert guidance, product education, and market insights to help them better serve their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of structured products, strong consultative sales skills, and the ability to communicate complex investment strategies in a clear and compelling way.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for structured products, providing deep investment expertise to Cetera financial advisors and external stakeholders.
  • Promote the structured product line by articulating its value proposition, performance, and differentiation in the marketplace
  • Assist advisors on building custom notes and the associated compliance guidelines for this investment strategy
  • Support Strategic Relations and the Fixed Income desk on product and platform related inquiries and performance questions.
  • Engage with financial advisors and clients to provide education on structured products and investment strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for Cetera advisors and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and ongoing product knowledge.
  • Develop competitive analysis and benchmarking reports to position structured products effectively in the market.
  • Perform data-driven analysis to enhance storytelling and create compelling messaging for all sales teams talking with Cetera's financial advisors.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop new content and update client presentation materials.
  • Support the Head of Product Sales in initiatives related to the broader platform, corporate strategy, and ad hoc projects.
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving product efficiencies, client experience, and operational workflows.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve structured product marketing campaigns your outreach strategies.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in structured products, investment sales, or investment management.
  • Strong knowledge of structured notes, alternative investments, and financial markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA, CFA, CFP, and/or CIMA a plus).
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 66 (63,65) licensing
