At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office & studio space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix & Amazon) and we're seeking a Studio Financial Analyst, to support our global Sunset Studios and Quixote production services portfolio. This individual will be responsible for performing financial and operational analyses and assisting with forecasting and analytical support for various projects within our company's portfolio. As an integral member of the Studio Finance team, the candidate will collaborate with the Accounting, Leasing, and Operations departments to manage projects timely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly variance reports and packages, highlighting financial and operational drivers for performance reviews with executive team.
  • Assist in quarterly and month-end financial closes, including reviewing quarterly financial trends and providing support for financial reporting.
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation and prepare comparative models for final presentation to the executive team.

Business & Strategic Planning
  • Help identify, assess, and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency of our studio segment, partnering closely with various internal stakeholders and JV partners.

Special Projects
  • Execute strategic and financial analysis in support of our various operating businesses, including development and tracking of key performance metrics and market research.
  • Develop presentation materials for internal executives, JV partners, board meetings, off-sites, and external conferences.


What You'll Need
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial accounting, real estate analysis, or asset/portfolio management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting Software (e.g. Yardi) optional.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and attentive to detail, with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely and accurately.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Focused with a polished and professional demeanor.


Please note, this position will be fully on-site located in Hollywood, Los Angeles.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
