Substation Regional Manager

Summary:

The Substation Regional Manager will oversee all regional substation operations, focusing on technical developments in substations while maintaining attention to distribution systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive regional strategies for substations systems.

• Maintain oversight of the Work In Progress (WIP) schedule to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulated utilities, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Manage a large team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate the relocation and setup of operations in designated regional headquarters.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of technical experience in substations, with a preference for substation/distribution systems.

• Proven experience in a management role within regulated utilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with regulated utilities, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, FL, or Knoxville.
