Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Provides instructional leadership and professional development to all staff members.
• Fosters and develops a positive school culture and effective learning environment.
• Engages parents and community members in supporting a positive, welcoming school environment, supportive of all students.
• Maintains student safety and handles special cases as necessary.
• Participates on committees pertinent to the operation of the district.

Qualifications:

• Washington State principal's certificate valid for secondary level.
• Administrative and/or teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Master degree or higher.
• Strong commitment of effective management principles.
• Documented educational/management experience.
• Strong performance in interview procedure.
• An understanding of online learning.
