Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also adhering to NEC codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present project updates to management and stakeholders, including any potential issues or delays.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with NEC codes and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in residential estimating and budgeting as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC codes.
• Experience with residential estimating and budgeting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
