Licenses and Endorsements
- State of Illinois Superintendent
- General Administrative
- Education: A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A Doctorate in Education or Educational Leadership is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in education, with a proven track record as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or a similar executive leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in instructional leadership and curriculum development.
- Deep understanding of social-emotional learning and mental health initiatives.
- Financial acumen and experience managing district budgets and resources.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
