Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations on-site, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities to ensure timely project completion
• Supervise and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and report on financial performance
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work
• Utilize software tools like Procore and BuilderTrend for project management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in residential, multi-family, and commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete and seismic construction techniques
• Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore and BuilderTrend
• Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications and licenses in construction management
