JOB TITLE: Superintendent

Compensation: 120-160K base + bonuses

Location: Seekonk, MA

Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction site operations and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role entails managing the on-site team, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Manage and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to communicate project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring that all phases of construction meet industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time sheets, material orders, and safety reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and general contracting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
