Founded in New York City, over 70 years ago we have a strong reputation of managing some of the most complex construction projects across the tr-state. Our success in client delivery begins with understanding our client's goals and main points of focus. We offer a suite of services including, construction management, design build, general contracting, and fee development. Our team is growing and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project alignment and address any issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Design Build, Industrial, Multifamily, School Construction, Retail, or Self-storage is a plus.
