Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in tenant improvement and high-rise projects, and will be responsible for coordinating all site activities and managing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review project plans and specifications and ensure thorough understanding by all team members.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and that work is completed to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on tenant improvement and high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
