As the Supervisor, you will take the lead on enforcing a rigorous, insights-driven analytics process and manage the team to ensure that they are efficiently producing high quality, accurate work and fulfilling all necessary day-to-day analytics deliverables.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include:

Strategic Development
Provide analytical insights for media and marketing recommendations
Build measurement plan that determines campaign success against client objectives
Focus on details, including having strong data/rationale support for analytical considerations
Have an intimate knowledge of the client's brand and product details
Be proactive: Show interest in constantly learning and growing
Be self-starter and work independently
Proven interest or passion for media

Integration
Work collaboratively with multiple groups both internally and externally (client and creative agency)
Take the lead on working with Strategy and Investment teams
Manage workflow and process procedures are followed and manage expectations accordingly

Manager & Mentor
Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and industry
Able to direct team and foster an environment for growth and learning
Ensure that deadlines are met, including managing expectations internally
Able to escalate and raise flags when deliverables or project goals are at risk
Promote an open and supportive working environment where opinions, views, and ideas are welcome and shared
Ensure the team is informed of broader view of client needs and strategies
Ensure accuracy of data for all analytics deliverables and data storage
Promote development of data-supported insights for all analytics deliverables
Provide oversight on junior staff to ensure work is 100% error-free

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3-7 years of experience in Analytics and/or Media
2+ years mentoring and developing staff
Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients
Possess a strong and proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to direct reports
High level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
High level proficiency in data manipulation, through data interfaces and/or SQL-based queries
Proven experience and skills with data visualization and presenting data
Experience with PowerBi, Tableau, or another data visualization platform
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
Extremely detail-oriented and precise
Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships

$90,000 - $100,000 a year

Salary and Benefits

Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
