The Supervisor, DSD Delivery is responsible for effectively driving execution against all core KPI's. Additional responsibilities: Being directly engaged with the delivery drivers by providing ongoing coaching, working with customers, and managing the standard work processes for IDSD Delivery Pillar, while optimizing service and ensuring cost management. This role will act as the Driver Methods Lead, engaging with driver team during ride-alongs and ensuring compliance with HOS/DOT (breaks, hours, etc.)
*** Role will based out Spokane, WA. office five days a week, and travel to Boise, ID. every other month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage day to day plans including order/route management, inventory management, employee performance, and daily communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
2.Drive key KPIs under main categories of (1) Safety, (2) Service, (3) Cost, and (4) People.
3.SAFETY: Responsible for driving plans that reduce branch incident/accident rates, ensuring a successful roadside inspections, holding weekly DMS meetings, monthly safety meetings, ensuring effective and compliant pre and post trips inspections, and conducting a successful branch safety audit.
4.SERVICE: Responsible to ensure accurate order fills (Target TQA / Walmart ASN order accuracy reports), and route compliance and on time deliveries at the store level. Participates in cross functional meetings with Demand/Fulfillment Planning, Retail Teams, Customers Teams, and HQ Support including LPT meetings.
5.COST: Driving lowest cost per case in delivery operations by executing against annual productivity plans, lean six sigma/BPE projects, maintaining the loss prevention network regarding waste and employee performance management. Identify supply chain opportunities and ensure issues are addressed with strategic and tactical plans, such as fleet utilization and idle time targets.
6.PEOPLE: Source, onboard, and develop direct reports and branch teams in multiple settings, across entire delivery operation (delivery, cross-dock). Coach direct reports in order to create and execute development plans and support individual career goals. Manage local hourly employees (Union) including coaching, developing, and disciplining and developing relationship with local labor unions.

The base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Secondary KPIs: ePOD %, outbound reporting completion (LPN work), pre/post trip compliance, % HCC usage, OTD, indirect hours (non-productive), Driver Methods %
