Job Description
As a Supervisor Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruiting, you will serve as a recruiting expert for technical talent sourcing, pipelining and hiring. As a key player on our TA team, you'll be responsible for shaping our talent strategy, attracting top candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will bring your talents in recruitment analytics, problem-solving, and prioritization to our team.
Position location - This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You can expect to work Tuesday - Thursday onsite at our Headquarters in Deerfield, IL while Monday and Friday are remote.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.

Job Description
As a Supervisor Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruiting, you will serve as a recruiting expert for technical talent sourcing, pipelining and hiring. What you will be doing
- Partner with hiring teams on position requirements and present informed data analytics to support strategy.
- Coach and develop other technical recruiters to own and drive an efficient hiring process, identify and develop proactive talent identification, and create strategic hiring plans focused on innovative ways to reach diverse talent.
- Promote a culture of creativity and accountability within the talent acquisition team to enhance relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advice and delivering quality results.
- Identify and work to remove barriers that may hinder the productivity of the team.
- Assess and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies and manage the interview selection and hiring process.
- Partner with hiring teams to prepare and execute high-impact pipeline and search strategies for positions with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Support the development, tracking, and reporting of TA process performance metrics and candidate pipeline reviews, utilizing all systems (applicant tracking system, metric spreadsheets, etc.) as required to ensure appropriate metrics and compliance are being followed.
- Lead the development activities, training, and improvement efforts related to talent sourcing channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed, etc.
- Leverages and enhances technology, tools, and internal and external best practices to optimize processes and team performance.
- Manages the use of outside recruiters and external search firms/vendors for identified positions with appropriate approval.
- Strengthens our employer brand proposition to sell the organization and creates a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with and through affinity groups, community organizations, social networking, user groups, college relations, etc.
- Remain current on compliance and legal requirements.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of combined work experience in Talent Acquisition, human resources, or related industry work experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment, and selection of talent.
- Demonstrated ability to source, recruit and hire technical talent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt to varying requisition volume and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others.
- Record of success operating in a highly matrixed organization.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter who can prioritize activities to achieve results in a rapid-paced, changing business environment.
- Demonstrated ability of ease with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including developing creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and hiring managers.
- Proven results successfully working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment.
