Description:

Vistra is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor/Dispatcher to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional transportation services at a United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Designated Component Site. As key personnel, this individual will serve as the central point of contact for customers and will be responsible for the immediate supervision and execution of transportation operations and related administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and transportation services, addressing requests and inquiries.
  • Supervise all contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, terms, and conditions.
  • Administer guidance and provide leadership to contractor personnel, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate dispatching, scheduling, maintenance, and oversight of transportation services.
  • Inspect vehicles and drivers' attire, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Establish and maintain technical and administrative internal control documentation and reports.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of overall contract operations.


Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and progressive experience in program management and customer support services related to transportation management and coordination.
  • At least four (4) of the ten (10) years of work experience should have been in an equivalent supervisory or leadership role.
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply Federal policies, directives, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide clear technical direction and guidance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative management functions, including personnel and resource management, contracting, procurement, and security.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute work efficiently.


US Citizenship Required: Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment.
