Help Duties * You will serve as a SME to the Lead Planner and is frequently sought out for consultation and advice by senior leaders, supervisors and professionals within and outside of the agency. * You will be responsible for the leadership/overall supervision/management of a team consisting of facilities planners, developmental planners, GIS professionals, Real Property Officers (RPO) and Real Property Accountability Officers (RPAO). * You will determine, monitor expenditures, and recommend whether resources need to be adjusted or reallocated among programs, functions or organizational units * You will be responsible for the development and management of planning and allocation, standards and criteria, program and community management and coordination of Data Hub and Systems Management Division practices related to real property. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serves as the senior civilian management professional responsible for the leadership and overall program management of Navy Real Property, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within the GeoReadiness Center (GRC), the Shore Facilities Planning System (SFPS) to include Asset Evaluations (AE), Basic Facilities Requirements (BFR), and Facility Planning Documents (FPD), real estate and land use planning, Community Planner and Liaison Officer (CPLO) community management, community partnering, encroachment management, non-safety site approvals, space planning and space allocation, and use of the internet Navy Facilities Assets Data Store (iNFADS) within the geographic Areas of Operations (AO). You will 1) Be responsible for the development and management of planning, resource planning and allocation, technical standards and criteria, program management, community management related to Navy Real Property. 2) Prepare and give oral and written presentations to a variety of audiences.3) Provide authoritative interpretation of agency policies, regulations and standards relating to programs within the Data Hub & Systems Management Division.
