Help Duties * You will lead the conduct of C4/Cyber analysis, future operations planning, problem tracking, and requirements coordination through the battle rhythm. * You will research, review, and interpret C4/Cyber policies in order to manage the C4/Cyber Future Operations Program. * You will represent the Command to convey any operational concerns related to C4/Cyber support to future operations. * You will manage a portfolio of projects as assigned and conduct associated portfolio management activities. * You will serve as a supervisor and exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing programs and a portfolio of projects to mitigate risks, make improvements, and take corrective actions when problems arise; 2) Applying knowledge across a range of technologies, architectures, and organizations associated with DoD communications, which may include terrestrial network transport, information networks, cybersecurity, satellite communications, radio frequency spectrum, tactical data links, and mission partner networks; 3) Participating in joint operations and exercise planning processes across the entire theater; and 4) Performing support analyses and production of operational readiness assessments, concepts of support, and other reports as assigned.
