Help Duties * You will perform regional I-Comm design, planning and project management by defining and translating validated customer requirements into implementable capabilities and enhancements. * You will manage request for information from both internal and external sources necessary to shape policy, programming and resourcing processes. * You will manage I-Comm and IT critical facilities and Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) sustainment and information exchange activities. * You will apply policy direction to specific operating requirements and developing guidance for applying communications policy, procedures, techniques, equipment, and methods to a variety of work situations and various degrees of telecommunications. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing telecommunications project management functions AND analyzing, planning, scheduling, coordinating the development of legislation or I-Comm policy issuances and projects of importance to regional security, economic, political or emergency preparedness.
