About the Role
As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will find a challenging opportunity producing high-quality products that will serve leading companies in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, sustainable energy production, medical equipment and food safety. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager - SIOP, Global Supply Chain Manager - SIOP, and COO. Working within our constructive culture as the Supply Chain Analyst you will advance and develop your autonomy, mastery and purpose, through coaching and leadership provided by your team leader.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations.
- Generate reports to provide insights into supply chain performance.
- Identify inefficiencies or underperforming areas and recommend improvements in supply chain processes.
- Utilize statistical and modeling tools to predict future supply chain needs.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement inventory control techniques to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize historical data and market analysis to predict future demand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts.
- Adjust inventory and procurement plans based on forecasted demand.
- Monitor data integrity and accuracy in supply chain systems.
- Train team members on the use of supply chain technologies.
- Work closely with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
- Communicate supply chain performance and issues to stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor global events and market trends that could impact the supply chain.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity in case of disruptions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, and/or equivalent experience (5-8 years) in supply chain or operations/manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis
- Demonstrates capabilities in material management, MRP, pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts
- High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service.
- Previous experience supporting S&OP or SIOP
- Oracle ERP experience preferred
- Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent
