Our business is in the process of taking the "next step" and building a team to drive the growth of the business, and the Supply Chain Analyst is a critical role for us to achieve excellence and success.

What You'll Be Doing Everyday...

• You will assist with reporting and planning inventory supply across all business segments, including digital direct-to-consumer and wholesale to major retail chains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supply chain to validate and prioritize supply gap closures
• Minimize shortages and alleviate constraints by working closely with the business unit and suppliers
• Oversee and manage order fulfillment via a 3PL provider, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products for both D2C and wholesale customers.
• Liaise with 3PL partners to resolve any fulfillment or shipping issues, maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with wholesale customers, such as Walmart, Target, and other brick-and-mortar retailers, to understand their inventory needs and manage their order processes. Work proactively to address any order discrepancies, delays, or adjustments to meet customer requirements and avoid potential stockouts
• Use business knowledge to find opportunities to balance inventory while supporting product build requirements
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in support of organizational strategies
• Contribute to retailer meetings by providing supply plans, inventory call outs, and upcoming receipts.

What You'll Need...

• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, demanding forecasting, supply chain/operations or similar experience, preferably with background in consumer goods.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications
• Experience in a fast-paced small-company environment with various constraints
• Proven problem solving, analytical and sophisticated modeling skills
• Ability to work and communicate with senior executive level staff and with customer counterparts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd...

• Experience working with Walmart, Target, Lowes or other large retail chains - both with their organizations as well as with their software tools, such as Luminate, Vendor Connect, etc.
• Experience applying analytical skillset to improve business processes
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple assignments concurrently
• Ability to find creative, out-of-the-box solutions and approaches to complex problems

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $110,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
