Job Title: Director of Supply Management

Company: Supply Chain company supporting a global foodservice brand.

Location: Greater Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $140k - $180k + bonus.

Job Summary: The Director of Supply Management reports to the COO and will play a pivotal leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, overseeing a growing team motivated supply professionals. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of supply management within the organization-building structure, refining processes, and driving performance across the supplier and distribution network.

Balancing data-driven analysis with strong interpersonal skills, the Director will convert brand forecasts into supplier purchase plans, manage inventory levels, and ensure successful execution of Limited-Time Offers (LTOs). A key part of the role is mentoring and developing a young, eager team-empowering them to think proactively, take ownership, and grow their capabilities.

This role is ideal for a data-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence, a knack for relationship-building, and a desire to lead transformative change.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven leadership experience in FOOD INDUSTRY supply chain management, inventory planning, or procurement. Strong preference for experience in QSR or food service.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for supplier and internal team coordination.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with supply chain software, forecasting tools, and data analytics.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and distribution partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor and adjust supplier inventory levels proactively.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% (a little more at the start).
