Supply Chain Manager

Phoenix Global offers a full-service menu of Mill Services with US and International experience. Our Full-Service Menu includes marketing-focused slag scrap management, innovative production support, intelligent transport and handling logistics, professional maintenance, customized protective packaging, and technology-driven project management. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager in our Radnor, PA office.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

• Manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Implements strategy to ensure critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Lead coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain.
• Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
• Ensures project/department milestones/goals are met
• Adherence to approved budgets.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Experience Required:

• 5 years' experience in the related area
• 3 years of supervisory experience may be required

Travel Required:

• 30% Travel will be required

The Supply Chain Manager will have direct reports. Reports are the Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Team.
