Purpose
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the planning and purchasing functions for the Tiger Aesthetics Medical Supply Chain team, ensuring efficient operations and strategic supplier partnerships to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage the purchasing and planning team, overseeing inventory management, forecasting, fill rate optimization, and stock rotations
Identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers capable of meeting the demands of a fast-paced environment, negotiating contracts to enhance flexibility, scalability, and to reduce COGS
Manage strategic relationships with co-manufacturers, holding weekly meetings to address issues and foster long-term collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt swiftly to changes in demand, production schedules, and market trends
Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings to address adherence to KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Serve as key team member on software implementations related to supply chain operations
Partner with regulatory/quality departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications, adapting quickly to regulatory changes
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Review and approve reimbursement requests for operational staff
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and department management.
Establish and monitor objective annual goals for direct reports
Conduct performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as needed
Recruit, interview, and select personnel for hire
Travel domestically up to 15% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the medical device industry (e.g., FDA, AATB, ISO)

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, from an accredited college or university required
At least 4 years of progressive experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management, or related field, required.
Bachelor's degree may be substituted to meet up to 8 years of experience requirements
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
