Supply Chain Manager

-Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our ESOP's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing guidance and support.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 DOE
